Not satisfied with your order? No worries! You have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days after receipt. Only the costs of return are for you.

important notice:

You must notify us within the term of 14 calendar days after receipt, to let us know you want to return it. Damaged items can't be returned. Special sizes, team wear, jewelry or clothes with special color combination can also not be returned.

 To return your package follow the steps below:

1) Inform us by e-mail ( info@husatelier.be) that you want to return your package and which item(s) you want to return.

2) Only return goods undamaged and unused. Fill in the following paper and put it inside the box :Return Fom hùs atelier.pdf

3) Send the package with the transport company of your choice to :

hùs atelier, Postbus 12020, 3150 Haacht, Belgium

4) We will reimburse you as soon as possible after we have received the package and verified the condition of the goods. This will normally be within 30 days after receipt.
